At the moment, the most important thing for T2T is the health of all of us and our families, not forgetting, obviously, our partners, the fashion industry and our colleagues around the world.
We are all trying to adapt to difficulties that were unimaginable only a few weeks ago. I wanted to communicate personally with you to explain the role of our organization in the battle against the coronavirus.
As we have already informed you, our offices and factories around the world will remain closed until next Monday, April 27. Currently, we are reorganizing our facilities with a new distribution of the offices, purchasing basic sanitary material to avoid contagion, and especially to preserve with guarantees the return to activity of all T2T equipment next Monday.
We are working on the coordination of your SS20 orders as well as the developments for the next AW20 taking into account the reduced availability of original equipment over the next two months. Because to the crisis of Covid19 we have to add the celebration of Ramadan.
We are also evaluating the production capacity during the months of June-July and August-September to facilitate the production of those needs you have.
Our team will inform you of the delivery schedule of your SS20 orders, as well as the development of the samples we are producing to deliver to you on our return. Also, will know your needs in order to be able to attend you in the best possible way and following the post Covid19 plan we’ve drawn up.
Over the next six months, we have decided to implement a continuous schedule from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, which is more suitable for us to share all the efforts with our production centers as well as with all of you. We have planned different shifts for our teams, with the aim of maintaining a high level of commitment to basic health standards and thus be able to develop both our professional activity and a certain freedom in the afternoons. We are sure this decision will benefit our collaborators very positively, especially because we will have to reorder the entire planned holiday schedule for all the team.
I don’t want to say goodbye without first thanking all of you, to our team, the activity you have maintained from your homes, to our partners and clients, all those actions you have carried out selflessly in your companies to fight the pandemic and, of course, to health workers and all those essential sectors that have helped us all during these weeks.
I want you to know that, in these coming months, I hope to be very close to you, in order to help us all recover the relationship both professionally and personally.
I wish you all the best, together we’ll pull through.
CEO of T2T
