Once again, the Barcelona Fashion Summit returns in town. It’s considered the most important professional meeting of the fashion sector in Spain. On February 6 th , 2020 is celebrated its eighth edition and is organized by the digital portal Modaes and implemented by 080 Barcelona Fashion. The Palau de Congresos, located at the Fira de Barcelona, is already preparing to host speakers and participants.
These assistants, in their vast majority, will be experts, workers and managers of the fashion sector, both from Spain and from other nations. This event will generate high quality in terms of relationships and synergies between participants. Last year were gathered almost a thousand of participants, making this event a reference for the clothing world.
The round tables and presentations will include figures from the sector such as Marcella Wartenbergh, CEO of Pepe Jeans, whose conference is entitled “Three questions for a CEO…”. Or Monica Moro, creative CEO of Mccann, who will explain “How to sell when it’s all made up”.
The meeting covered topics such as “From Asia to Latin America: Where is the consumer of the future?”, “Spain in 2020: who, how, when and where to buy fashion”; “Sustainability, consumer driver?”; “Generations and Fashion: From Baby Boomers to Generation Z“; or “From millennial to millennial: how to talk about you to you with the new consumer”.
The fashion sector in Barcelona
The event, which is scheduled to start at 8:30 in the morning and close at six in the afternoon, will focus its contents on final customers. The desire of brands to reach the maximum number of consumers is one of the needs to achieve, also in the fashion sector. The tickets are already on sale on line and cost €199.
